Remove deprecated pipelineagent.azurecr.io endpoint from all HCI region files

Summary

Removes the \pipelineagent.azurecr.io\ endpoint entry from all nine Azure Local (HCI) region endpoint files. This endpoint is no longer required for Azure Local deployments.

Changes

• Deleted the \pipelineagent.azurecr.io\ (port 443) table row, previously listed under Azure Local AKS infra, from each region's endpoint markdown file
• Renumbered all subsequent rows in each file to maintain sequential numbering
