Breaking Changes

  • azsdk config codeowners check-package now returns structured issue results with target-aware metadata (resolved_target, resolved_target_type, issues[]), issue-specific /owners ... fix prompts, and a CODEOWNERS-specific support link.

Other Changes

eng/common/scripts/Test-CodeownersForArtifacts.ps1 now prints each check-package result and summarizes failed packages with the matching issue text and prompt template.
