• Polling Rate Independence: Gas and brake calculations now use true delta-time ($\Delta t$) integration in units per second. Pedal speed is 100% consistent across all polling rates (from 50 Hz to 1000 Hz).
• Seconds-Based UI Configuration: Set two-stage pedal attack segments directly in seconds with millisecond precision.
• Estimated Full Press Times: Real-time display of total press duration ($t_{\text{fast}} + t_{\text{slow}}$) for instant tuning feedback.
• Threshold Preservation: Changing threshold percentages automatically recalculates internal rates to keep configured segment times in seconds unchanged.
• Turbo Pedal Attack: Simultaneously pressing Primary + Secondary pedal hotkeys (e.g. W + LMB) triggers instant maximum rate boost, bypassing threshold stages for optimal race starts and emergency stopping.

• Keyboard Steering: Drive exclusively with keyboard keys without mouse input.
• Progressive Ramp-Up / Ramp-Down: Fully configurable KeySteerRampUpMs (time to full lock) and KeySteerRampDownMs (time returning to center).
• Smooth Zero-Crossing: Transitioning between opposite steering directions decelerates smoothly through center before accelerating into the opposing turn.

• In-Menu Control Suspension: Automatically neutralizes throttle and brake axes to 0% and mutes shifter buttons when in pit menus, garages, or pause screens (when paused or in menus), preventing accidental engine revving.
• Auto-Unlock Mouse Cursor in Menu: Automatically frees the mouse cursor when entering game menus and safely re-locks it when returning to track driving.
