Technika-Emu V2.0

This is a major update to Technika-Emu, adding better packet handling support and adding finished support for DJMAX TECHNIKA 1 (Japan ONLY)

This tool uses HID and a null modem loopback adapter to emulate a DJMAX Technka card reader.
The reader firmware can be found at https://github.com/Based-Games/BoomerangNet-Reader

This is a bundled EXE and DLL for Technika-emu. Opens COM9 by default, you must use COM0COM to make a bridged adapter between COM6 and COM9!
