Beamo Flasher + Beamo Pi 0.5.1

Windows correctness fixes.

Highlights

  • Fixed removable USB/SD media failing during prepare or eject on Windows.
    Set-Disk -IsOffline is not supported on removable media and previously
    caused a hard failure; prepare/finalize/detach now dismount volumes and
    soft-attempt offline instead of requiring it.
  • Hardened Windows packaging so a Beamo Pi build fails loudly if the wrong
    product identity gets baked in, instead of silently shipping as
    "Beamo Flasher" under the hood.

Builds are unsigned (Gatekeeper/SmartScreen will warn — on macOS, right-click → Open).
