1. Task Scheduler could be used maliciously by uploading malware to a system that you have access to and then setting the malware to activate either when nobody is around to notice and respond to it or when there is a high amount of traffic in a network that the malware could use to spread.

2. Event Viewer would be useful for an investigation because it allows for an easy and quick way to find events that were flagged as suspicious or to prove that the device was accessing a specific program at a specific time.
