What changed
- Fixed the active mod load-order arrow buttons so reordered rows keep their new positions.
- Fixed mod drag-and-drop ordering, which was being reverted during the editor refresh.
- Fixed the same ordering rollback for active map rows.
Verification
- 215 automated tests passed locally in Release configuration.
- Windows x64 MSI built successfully for version 1.8.2.
