0.5.0 release!

With the completion of major structural refactors that enable new capabilities (like sub-boards and connector-pairs), this hopefully stabilizes out the core. It's not formally API stable, but it's at a point where I'm happy with things and there should be no major changes on the horizon.

This is the first update to the pypi in a long while and it's at a point where I'd invite / recommend people to give this a try and see how it works!
