Install Bespok3d

Bespok3d is a desktop app. Download it, install it, and open it. Nothing goes on your printer until you choose to set a printer up, which is covered in Quick Start.

Bespok3d is in beta. It is in daily use on a Snapmaker U1 and every plugin in the store has been run on a real printer, but you are early. If something goes wrong, Troubleshooting has the answers people hit most, and nothing Bespok3d does to a printer is permanent.

Not sure which Mac you have? Apple menu, then About This Mac. Anything that says Apple M-something is Apple Silicon.

Installing

macOS. Open the .dmg and drag Bespok3d to your Applications folder.

Windows. Run the installer and follow it through.

Linux. The AppImage is the whole app in one file. Make it executable and run it:

chmod +x Bespok3d-*.AppImage
./Bespok3d-*.AppImage

Keeping it up to date

Bespok3d updates itself. Once installed it checks the releases page for a newer version, and Settings then Update lets you choose how often it checks, whether it downloads on its own, and when it applies an update. The same pane keeps every published version with its changelog, so you can go back to an earlier one if an update ever misbehaves. See Settings.

The update check reads the public releases feed and nothing else. It does not use a GitHub account, and you do not need one to run Bespok3d.

What you need on the printer side

Nothing. Bespok3d runs on your printer's stock firmware, with no flashing and no terminal. Head to Quick Start to connect your first printer.
