What changed

• Search matches a word by its stem. alerts finds alert, and crashed finds crashing. An existing index is migrated in place the first time it is opened; nothing needs reindexing.
• A command run outside a vault says so. In a directory that is not a vault, doctor, search, context startup and inbox list used to answer as though it were an empty one, and capture wrote a file into it. Each now refuses and names never4ga init.
• Clearer first steps. workspace create shows the registered workspace types, a concept that needs a workspace names --workspace, and an unmapped directory is told how to list, create and map a workspace.
• Phase walkthroughs. A walkthrough type records how a plan's phase was done, step by step. never4ga walkthrough start creates one, and checkpoint and wrap keep it current.
• A decision's number is not reused after a decision is archived out of its folder.
• A folder's generated index is refreshed when the folder is emptied.

The Obsidian companion is now published as never4ga-obsidian.

Built and tested on Linux, where the background service runs under systemd. On macOS, run never4ga serve in a terminal. Windows is not supported yet.
