The diel_models package is capable of transforming non-diel plant GEMs into diel models.
This new release incorporates the possibility of transforming non-diel multi-tissue models into diel multi-tissue models.
As GEMs may not include a defined biomass reaction, the argument for the biomass reaction ID becomes optional.
