What's Fixed

• Fixed sqlite3.OperationalError: unable to open database file that occurred on launch for some users
• App database now stores in a per-user location (%LOCALAPPDATA%) instead of the install folder
• Applied the same per-user storage fix consistently across logs, config, and database — resolving install/launch issues across a wider range of Windows setups
