UNTESTED BETA — WINDOWS x86_64 PORTABLE ZIP ONLY — NOT VALIDATED FOR PRODUCTION OR FLEET ROLLOUT

This immutable prerelease supplements the existing Linux-only v30.1.1 Beta 2 release. It does not replace v30.1.0 as the latest production release.

Included here:

  • Windows x86_64 portable ZIP only
  • Exact source-commit marker
  • Portable-only warning, provenance, and unsigned SHA-256 manifest

The portable ZIP was built twice by independent primary and verifier jobs from exact commit 096756fb24455000562da8716006b3aaf9353874. Both ZIPs were byte-identical with SHA-256 fbb78148e31a2e4fe6f194d149c5d2e2ec2f84e9a6eb773a7779b8012ff4b9b3. Its six executables are AMD64 PE32+, publisher-unsigned, and embed 30.1.1rc2, the exact full source commit, and SourceDirty=0.

The installer from the same run is deliberately withheld. It reproducibly contained stripped executables while the portable ZIP contained unstripped executables, so the strict identical-payload gate rejected it. That safety gate is not being weakened or bypassed; Windows packaging is being corrected and only Windows will be rebuilt.

The explicitly acknowledged fast-untested build skipped long-running replay, sanitizer, fuzz, interoperability, and production safety gates. This artifact is for controlled testing only. Back up wallets and data directories first.
