UNTESTED BETA — WINDOWS x86_64 INSTALLER AND PORTABLE ZIP — NOT VALIDATED FOR PRODUCTION OR FLEET ROLLOUT

This immutable prerelease is the complete Windows x86_64 Beta 2 supplement. It supersedes the earlier portable-only Windows supplement for new Windows testing, while leaving that immutable historical artifact unchanged. It does not replace v30.1.0 as the latest production release.

Both independent builders used exact source commit 11a6ddba7a2e6b2d5d729205c1fc649c8db52a69. The primary and verifier jobs produced byte-identical installer, portable ZIP, and source marker. The installer and portable ZIP now consume one deterministic stripped six-file payload, and every extracted executable matches byte-for-byte between the two packages.

All twelve independently inspected payload copies are AMD64 PE32+ and publisher-unsigned. Both package copies of blackcoind.exe embed 30.1.1rc2, the exact full source commit, and SourceDirty=0.
