Release v0.2.4

The pipeline now outputs:

1. A file called scaled_counts_from_kallisto.tsv which is a human-friendly wide format file that contains tab-separated scaled count values.
2. One folder named kallisto that contains the bootstrap values per sample and that can be used in Sleuth analysis.
