Update BlueMapMobs addon

Hello,

This PR updates the BlueMapMobs addon which I've now renamed to BlueMapEntities.

Since then, the addon now also supports Fabric, so I've added it in the platforms field.

So .. there is already an addon with the same name in that list ..
We haven't had this issue before so we now kinda have to decide if we allow duplicate names or not :D

Oh, my bad. I didn't check if there was another addon with the same name.

If it's too big of an issue I can rename mine to something like "BlueMapEntityMarkers" or something like that.

Or I can update the PR to keep the original "BlueMapMobs" entry, and adding "BlueMapVehicles", "BlueMapCitizens" and "BlueMapOthers" as separate addons pointing to the same repository.

Since your addon is actually about markers and the other BlueMapEntities is about actually rendering the entities as models, i think in this case it would be most fitting if you'd rename yours to BlueMapEntityMarkers if that is ok for you..
That way we avoid confusion when talking about each addon 👍

The project has been renamed to BlueMapEntityMarkers, and the PR updated.
From what I can see, the failing check seem to come from other addons with duplicate names.

Thanks for renaming it!
And yeah I'm currently actively working on the duplicate checking so it's a little unstable right now, so once that's done in a few hours, we'll merge this PR!
