Loon Firmware v1.17.1-L4, based on MeshCore v1.17.1.

Changes:

  • !roll, !rps, and !rps3 now default to off on clean/full installations.
  • Existing saved Loon preferences remain unchanged by application-image updates.
  • Firmware identifies itself cleanly as Loon v1.17.1-L4, without a Git commit suffix.
  • Public project links now use Bobabate.

Heltec V3: use the standard BIN to update while preserving settings; use the merged BIN only for a clean/full installation at offset 0x0. Nordic ZIP packages are application updates; UF2 files are provided for UF2-capable installation workflows.
