Loon v1.17.1-L8

Loon Firmware v1.17.1-L8 is based on MeshCore v1.17.1.

Changes

• Removes the !about command entirely.
• Ping replies now put the repeater-hop count before the route using Hops: N | Path: ....
• Hops counts only inbound repeater hashes; the receiving companion endpoint does not add a hop.
• Existing stored configuration is unchanged and preserved by application-image updates.
• Clean/full installations retain the current default-off command controls.

• Heltec V3 .bin: application update that preserves stored settings.
• Heltec V3 merged.bin: clean/full installation at offset 0x0; erase first and expect clean-install defaults.
• Nordic-board .zip: normal application update package.
• Nordic-board .uf2: UF2 firmware image.
