- 터미널 멈춤(입력 불가) 해결 — 워크트리 상태 폴링(StatusWatcher)이 git이 느려질 때(빌드 중 등) GCD 스레드를 무한 생성해 전역 스레드 풀을 고갈시키던 문제 수정. 그 결과 PTY 읽기 펌프가 굶어 터미널에 입력/출력이 멈추던(아무것도 못 치던) 현상이 발생했습니다. concurrent 큐+세마포어를
OperationQueue(최대 4)로 교체하고, 이전 폴링이 끝나기 전 새 폴링이 쌓이지 않도록 했습니다.
(0.1.5의 PTY 출력 백프레셔 수정 위에 적용됩니다.)

- 터미널 백프레셔 — 워크트리 터미널에서 iOS 빌드 등 고출력 작업 시 메인 스레드가 saturate되어 앱이 멈추던(beachball → 강제종료) 문제 해결. PTY 출력을 병합하고, feed를 프레임당 256KB로 제한하며, 버퍼가 가득 차면 읽기를 일시정지(파이프 흐름 제어)하여 메모리를 상한 내로 유지합니다.

Fix scrollback being truncated when switching worktrees / tabs.
SwiftTerm's default scrollback is 500 lines, and every grid shrink (window resize, tab swap, sidebar resize) was silently trimming the oldest rows. Bumped to 10 000 lines so layout cycles don't reach the trim path.
