Fix scrollback being truncated when switching worktrees / tabs.

SwiftTerm's default scrollback is 500 lines, and every grid shrink (window resize, tab swap, sidebar resize) was silently trimming the oldest rows. Bumped to 10 000 lines so layout cycles don't reach the trim path.
