Fix: "Parallel is damaged" error on fresh Macs — ad-hoc codesigned + ditto-packed so the signature survives the zip round-trip.

Install:

1. Download the zip, unzip, drag Parallel.app to /Applications.
2. First launch: right-click Parallel.app → Open → Open.
