Fixed the following issues:
Starting Max Health and Starting Max Arcana items not working
Quitting and rejoining midrun randomizes the Daedalus upgrades you receive from the Daedalus Upgrade item
NPCs won't give you their keepsakes, and therefore send their keepsake location, if you already have their keepsake.
A bunch of logic issues for when you are only doing one route.
Rarity increase feature didn't work.
