• Weapon_clears_needed was incorrectly being enforced as a per-route quota instead of the intended shared quota.
• Medea, Heracles, and Chronos met checks can be sent as part of their vow of rivals appearances.
• Progressive Boon Level's level-up no longer overwrites the Jeweled Pom but instead adds to it.
• When out of Helpers, rooms shouldn't show helper when they're being replaced with non-helper rooms.
• The miniboss prophecy is enabled from the beginning if you have enemy_locations on, so you can see if a room has a miniboss you haven't yet defeated.
• Text overlay should now keep it's entries.
• Removed Met Achilles and Achilles Keepsake locations

Known Issues/Watch out for:

• Starting boons and Daedalus upgrades sometimes not applying from the beginning.
