v0.2.19 - workspace polish and offline help

Version 0.2.19 makes the workspace easier to navigate, with a cleaner toolbar and quicker access to selection controls and help.

• Easier selection confirmation. Confirm a selected range or potential map directly from the toolbar. You can still use K or the Edit menu.
• Help where you need it. The new About menu includes the user manual and application details. The manual is included with the app, so you can read it offline.
• A more consistent layout. File, Edit, Tools and About now share the same menu style, and the co-pilot sharing checkbox lines up with the other controls.
• Clearer table and preview controls. Adjust how tables are displayed and rotate the 3D preview more comfortably.
• Fewer accidental interruptions. Right-clicking the workspace no longer opens browser options that could reload the app.

The installers are unsigned and require Microsoft WebView2 Runtime.
