1. Fix 'All tracks' track ordering.
2. Fix add/next/append/shuffle actions from headers of 'All tracks'.
3. If artists, albums, or playlists commands are not set to use grids then use standard lists for respective search result.
4. Fix issue with undefined 'pinned' when favourites scrolled list used.
5. Only allow 'Favourites' scrolled list if not set to sort favourites.
