TBM Data Extraction

To execute the Freight Skimming procedures, AM peak and midday skim times and AM peak distance must be obtained from a similar trip-based model run. This data is obtained and formatted by the script 'Prepare_skim_inputs_from_TBM/grab_TBM_data.py'.
