This PR updates the Network Health telemetry panel layout to improve readability in smaller panel sizes by simplifying the UI and adding per-metric visual status indicators.
Changes:
- Removes the Recharts throughput bar chart and replaces it with table-based “Downlink/Uplink” rows showing throughput vs. capacity.
- Adds a “Status” column to the telemetry table with color-dot indicators derived from per-metric thresholds.
- Tightens table spacing (reduced padding) to better fit smaller panels.
