WIKI SESSION START PROTOCOL

1. READ (in order)

• This session's brief (provided by user)
• _claude/HANDOFF.md — prior session context, carry-forward issues
• _claude/LESSONS.md — known wiki gotchas; check whether any apply to this session's tasks

2. CONFIRM SCOPE

Before touching any file, reply with:

• The WIKI_VERSION being targeted (e.g. Wiki-RC1.03)
• A numbered list of the tasks you plan to execute
• Any lessons from _claude/LESSONS.md that apply to this session
• Any conflicts between the brief and prior HANDOFF entries

3. FLAG BEFORE PROCEEDING IF:

• Any task touches the main repo (Qidi-Q2-superuser/) — wiki sessions are wiki-only; flag and confirm with user
• Brief asks to modify _claude/ tooling files in a way that conflicts with existing lessons
• WIKI_VERSION bump is required but not listed in the brief tasks

4. DO NOT PROCEED without user confirmation of scope from step 2.

5. DO NOT CREATE A SESSION BRIEF WITHOUT EXPLICIT USER PERMISSION

Do not write or modify a session brief file unless the user has explicitly said yes in this session. Asking "should I write the brief?" and proceeding on any non-explicit or ambiguous response is not permitted.
