Refactor + safety release.

• All user-facing strings translated to English
• Selection anchored to process identity: a re-sorted list can no longer move the kill target under the cursor
• x / X / p share one confirm popup; protected processes refused in a single funnel
• Agent matching allocation-free and versioned-install aware; no claude special case
• Per-tick: cached cmdlines, memoized subtree sums, one orphan collection, child index in kill_tree, stable tmux session order, visible-window-only drawing
• CLI: --help exits 0 on stdout, floors on --rss-limit-mb 0 / --orphan-grace-s 0, pending escalations flushed on exit
• Mascot added to the README
