Catch the workers Activity Monitor loses.
- jest worker pools (jest-worker / processChild) now classify as tool workers: swept automatically once orphaned
- new --auto-dev flag: orphaned runtimes (node, python) join the auto-kill policy — off by default, they may be daemons you meant to keep
