What's new in v0.5.0

• Update from inside the app — when a new version is out, an Update to vX.Y.Z button appears at the bottom of the sidebar. One click downloads it, swaps the files, and restarts the app. Downloading from this page still works exactly as before, and the sidebar confirms "Latest version" when you're up to date.
• New app icon — the BDO compass logo now shows on the exe, the window title bar, and the taskbar.
• Smoother feel — every button and link now shows a hand cursor on hover.
• Live core map — the recommended cores breathe a gold activity glow that sweeps across the map, so you can see at a glance where the game will run and which cores stay free for Windows.

How to download

1. Download the .zip below.
2. Extract the folder anywhere.
3. Run bdo-optimizer.exe.

Good to know:

• Keep all files in the same folder — FPS capture and NVIDIA tweaks need the bundled tools next to the exe.
• FPS capture needs Run as administrator. Everything else works without it.
• SmartScreen warning on first run? The build is unsigned: click More info -> Run anyway.
