Castwide 2.3.5

New

  • First-launch setup guide: connect OBS, sign in, speed test, test stream (every step skippable; "Run setup again" in Settings).
  • Twitch sign-in expired warning with one-click "Sign in again" (also covers YouTube, Kick, Facebook). Warns only, never blocks other destinations.
  • StreamElements tips as donation alerts (token stored encrypted on your PC only).

Fixes (includes everything from 2.3.4)

  • Fixed the app freezing after editing an overlay and pressing Add to OBS.
  • Update in OBS / Refresh overlay for existing chat and alert overlays.
  • Go Live won't start OBS if OBS is still pointed straight at a platform; offers "Point OBS at Castwide".
  • Broken or odd settings files no longer wipe destinations or stop the app opening.
  • No more fake ffmpeg crash reports when a destination is offline.
  • Speed test no longer cut off; keeps 1440p/4K recommendations.
  • Twitch/Kick/Facebook/TikTok switch to 1080p automatically (with Undo); Rescale Output warning.
  • OBS reconnects within ~10 s; pop-out and Discord retry fixes.
