Fixes: 1440p to YouTube (Castwide now uses a YouTube stream key that accepts any resolution); Custom quality now offers up to 4K where the platform supports it; saved custom bitrate no longer resets to 4500. New: input and per-destination output resolution, fps and bitrate shown live, with a ? when they differ. Plainer wording throughout.
