Azure keys

Follow the link instructions to acquire an Azure account and API keys.
Through Auth0 enter the keys into Authentication/Social/Microsoft.
The domain you should use is https://dev-3-81kkgt/login/callback.
Test connection through Auth0 and dashboard.
