How to create pools:

• Under the Services Tab and in the DHCP section of the Generic Server item, you can create pools there.
• Your default gateway section is your router IP Address.

How to assign helper addresses:

• In your routing device, using CLI, do the following:
• enable
• configure terminal
• interface vlan 140/130/110/100 etc
• ip helper-address 10.12.1.2 (or whatever)

The only issue I encountered was that vlan 140 was unable to acquire a DHCP assigned address, but later I found out it was because I had never fully configured vlan 140 on my East Core Switch.
