- Change item handling to only save item-related flags
- Change Faria dungeon map pin to properly show when the boss is defeated
- Prevent player from entering the Faria dungeon with just the Mega-Battery
- Shrink the file size of the AP world by half by removing unnecessary files

- Fix issue where Mega-Battery holder disappears if player defeats the boss and leaves without breaking the holder
