• New context-first preset: KG + call-graph + git-integration as the primary entry point, no agents. Default for automated installs.

Wizard and Runtime

• context_first_mode flag: when active, skips agent/SDD setup steps in the wizard and disables agent subsystems at runtime with INFO log.
