This blaster can launch special charges of enchanted energy. Holding LMB will produce even weirder results.
Judging by its casing and colors, this might have actually been just a regular toy before its "enchantment". Now instead of soft pellets it blasts out energy charges.

Press - now 50% more accurate, 4 blasts instead of 3.
Hold - the size of the Wobbleshot has increased.
It's important to not overhold to not create an out-of-control miazma. Thankfully, there seems to be a limiter preventing exactly that.
