Crystal Fall
Crystal Fall is a weather type.
Crystals are falling from the sky! Some say it's stardust crystals, transformed by the 
ionic atmosphere of the planet.
These crystals deal damage and apply 
Pulse Paralysis. Be careful!
Race descriptions:
- Alta: Can get pretty dangerous in certain places. I'll need to bring my armored umbrella with me.
Threat level: 1.4
