Contains the changes from v0.2.0 with the following additions:
Fixes
- Repositioned Castbar higher to not cover action bars
- Repositioned tutorial buttons to be above buffs, again to not conflict with action bars
- Rewrote buff icons and moved their duration text above icons so they will be visible onscreen.
