Version 7.5.0 brings significant updates to how your church handles event check-ins, tracks follow-up engagement, and views financial dashboards. We’ve introduced major quality-of-life updates to event dashboards, added long-awaited cross-directory tools for groups, and given global churches total control over how their local currency displays.

📊 Deep Follow-Up Tools & Smart Event Dashboards

Tracking who is engaging with your services—and who might be slipping through the cracks—is now much easier.

  • "Did Not Attend" Follow-Up Lists: Once an event ends, the event detail page now automatically populates a dedicated list of individuals who RSVP'd or were expected but did not check in. Clicking their names takes you instantly to their profile for easy pastoral follow-up.
  • Per-Person Attendance History: Members now feature a dedicated attendance tab on their profile timeline, showing their complete historical presence across your church events at a glance.
  • Quick Event Controls: No more digging through deep settings to turn an event on or off. You can now toggle events active or inactive using a quick switch directly on the event view page.
  • Smarter Kiosk Check-Ins: The Kiosk picker has been polished to sort your congregation strictly alphabetically and automatically prioritizes adults (ages 18+) in standard picker selections to reduce check-in confusion on busy mornings.

👥 Seamless Group Management

Moving people from temporary lists into permanent teams is now a single-click operation.

  • Add Cart directly to Groups: We have introduced a brand-new "Cart to Group" utility. Just like the popular feature that lets you drop your active cart items into an event, you can now push your accumulated cart list directly into any existing church group or volunteer team instantly.

💱 Custom Financial & Regional Formatting

Building on our new localization tools, administrators can now control exactly how currency signs and data formatting display across the portal.

  • Currency & Finance Admin Panel: A brand-new controls section has been added to your Localization Settings page (admin/system/localization). You can now pick your local currency symbol and dictate exactly how numbers, decimals, and financial values print out.
  • Universal Dashboard Precision: The new formatting tool has been applied across all primary dashboard metrics and donation summary sheets, ensuring unified currency displays church-wide.

🧹 Better System Housekeeping

  • Cleaner Communications: We stripped out dead, unused email generation routines from the main dashboard, resulting in less background noise when the application builds layout updates.
  • Enhanced Demo Tools: For churches using our sandbox environments to train volunteers or test settings, the demo generator now builds far more realistic sample sites complete with pre-packaged attendance histories, group links, and relative calendar data.
