Cheeky Foveated DLSS v0.3.0 - UEVR Plugin + Eye Correction
Cheeky Foveated DLSS v0.3.0
- UEVR plugin: adds a dedicated integration with controls inside UEVR, including expandable settings groups, per-group resets, performance diagnostics and support ZIPs. Sliders apply on release. Remove ReShade from the game when using the UEVR plugin.
- Automatic eye calibration: follows marked DLSS outputs to the submitted left and right eyes, (makes sure that we foveate the left frame with the left eye offset), correcting assignments when loading videos, menus or scene changes reorder views. This should stop wrong foveation area during/after cutscenes.
- Broader late-injection support: improves handling of existing DLSS features and cached NGX/Streamline calls in both integrations, especially when injecting UEVR into an already-running game.
- Simpler setup: separates ReShade and UEVR installation instructions and renames the shared layer installer to CheekyOpenXRSetup.exe. It supports stereo alignment and eye calibration as well as eye tracking.
Updating: Close the game and follow the instructions for your integration:
- ReShade: Replace CheekyFoveatedDLSS.addon64 in the game’s executable folder.
- UEVR: Uninstall ReShade from the game using the ReShade installer, and remove CheekyFoveatedDLSS.addon64 if present. Extract the UEVR ZIP into the game’s UEVR configuration directory—not the game’s installation folder. For example, Hogwarts Legacy uses
%APPDATA%\UnrealVRMod\HogwartsLegacy. Merge the plugins and scripts folders.
Also run the new CheekyOpenXRSetup.exe, even if an older Cheeky XR Layer is already installed and even without an eye-tracked headset. This updates the shared layer in place. This enables Automatic eye calibration as manual stereo offsets are not a reliable substitute for calibration across scene changes.
