Why did nothing rank?

Every goal starts off. Pick at least one on the welcome page or in Settings → Goals. A goal that is off is hidden on purpose. See Getting Started.

Why is gold quiet?

Prices come from TradeSkillMaster, Auctionator, or RECrystallize. Lodestar does not invent an auction house. If none of those is loaded, or the source you picked in Settings is not, gold stays off the plan. See Gold Making.

Why are there no rares?

HandyNotes by itself has no coordinates. You need a notes pack (Midnight, Silvermoon, and many others). Lodestar ranks rares that pack is currently showing, not treasures or city marks. See Optional Addons.

Why did it ask me to check the map?

Questing does not invent a circuit. If the log is empty and no campaign or important work is waiting, that is the honest next step. See Questing.

Where did Great Vault and Professions go in the menu?

They live under Dashboard. Progress is the tracked list, not the vault.

Why is compact empty?

It only lists activities you tracked. Track from Details. See Compact Mode.

Can I hide work I do not have time for?

There is no time-budget slider. Lodestar ranks everything that matches your goals instead of hiding whatever does not fit a session length. Ignore a card if you do not want to see it. See Ranking.

Why are old knowledge points on the Dashboard?

They should not be. Dashboard and Warband unspent knowledge only count the current expansion. See Professions.

What Lodestar is not

• Not a replacement for your quest tracker.
• Not a list of everything available in the game.
• Profession catch-up from Patron Orders cannot be counted from the client, so Lodestar describes it instead of inventing a number.
