Guides an AI agent through Python project setup, tooling configuration (uv/Ruff/mypy/pytest), CI, PEP 621 packaging, mature-repo preservation, and cross-platform verification.

Payload: skills/python-project-workflow/ — SKILL.md + 8 reference files (Markdown only, no scripts).

Compatibility: Cross-agent portable (Hermes, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode). Not framework-specific — pair with py-review-skill for code review.
