- Adds a Hermes regression runner, explicit/implicit fixture coverage, contributor guidance, and a repeatable release checklist.
- Monitors official skill-discovery documentation for Codex, Hermes, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and OpenCode.
- Expands CI routing and regression guards for documentation, evaluations, and support claims.
Windows runtime verification remains out of scope.
