v0.1.7: copy tray.png into runtime resources

The main process loads tray.png from process.resourcesPath, but
buildResources only feeds the build (embeds icon.ico in the .exe)
and doesn't copy contents to the packaged app's resources/ folder.
Result: nativeImage.createFromPath returns empty, the Tray gets
constructed with an empty image, and Windows renders nothing in
the system tray.

Adding extraResources copies tray.png next to the .exe so the
lookup succeeds in production builds.
