v0.1.7: copy tray.png into runtime resources

The main process loads tray.png from process.resourcesPath, but
buildResources only feeds the build (embeds icon.ico in the .exe)
and doesn't copy contents to the packaged app's resources/ folder.
Result: nativeImage.createFromPath returns empty, the Tray gets
constructed with an empty image, and Windows renders nothing in
the system tray.

Adding extraResources copies tray.png next to the .exe so the
lookup succeeds in production builds.

v0.1.6: fix auto-updater 404 from filename mismatch

electron-builder writes 'Flipper V Setup x.exe' (spaces) to dist,
GitHub renames spaces to dots on upload ('Flipper.V.Setup.x.exe'),
and latest.yml uses hyphen-sanitized 'Flipper-V-Setup-x.exe' — three
different naming schemes for the same file. electron-updater asked
for the hyphen form, GitHub had the dot form, 404.

- artifactName forces hyphens on disk so on-disk = latest.yml = GitHub
- regen-latest-yml.cjs now looks up entries by latest.yml's url field
  (with hyphen→space fallback) instead of by on-disk name, and fails
  the build if any entry can't be patched — would have caught the
  silent stale-hash bug in v0.1.5.

v0.1.5: switch Windows signing to azure/trusted-signing-action

Microsoft Trusted/Artifact Signing speaks codesigning.azure.net,
not vault.azure.net — so vcsjones/AzureSignTool can't reach it.
Replace the custom sign.js + AzureSignTool path with the official
GitHub Action: build unsigned, sign all .exe in dist/, regenerate
SHA512 in latest.yml (electron-updater would otherwise reject), and
upload via gh release upload.

Non-Windows jobs keep the existing build-and-publish flow.

Move `win.sign` under `signtoolOptions` per electron-builder 25
schema. v0.1.3 Windows job hit a 403 from the signing service —
RBAC role on the new SP hadn't fully propagated yet. Re-tagging
clears that timing window too.

CI installs AzureSignTool on the Windows runner and signs nsis +
portable .exe via build/sign.js. Custom signer is a no-op when
AZURE_CERT_PROFILE_NAME is unset, so unsigned builds still work
locally and in forks without secrets.
