info([epoch]) { year, month, day, hour, min, sec, wday, yday, is_dst }
format(pattern, [epoch]) formatted local time (strftime)
epoch() Unix timestamp (number)
utc([epoch [, offset_minutes]]) ISO-8601 UTC string
utc_offset() local offset from UTC in minutes
