Installation

From GitHub Releases

Download a build for your platform from Releases:

Platform Archives
Linux .tar.gz (x86_64, aarch64)
macOS .tar.gz (x86_64, aarch64)
Windows .zip (x86_64, aarch64)

Linux and macOS also ship ReqPack .rqp packages and index.json. See ReqPack.

Build from source

Prerequisites: Rust stable, protoc, OpenSSL dev headers (Linux).

git clone https://github.com/Coditary/ycallr-cli.git
git clone https://github.com/Coditary/ycallr-core.git ../ycallr-core
cd ycallr-cli
cargo build --release

The binary is target/release/ycallr.

Cargo.toml links ycallr-core from ../ycallr-core with the ffi feature.

API profiles

Profiles are stored under:

~/.config/ycallr/apis/<name>.yaml # source (user-managed)
~/.config/ycallr/apis/<name>.pb # compiled (created by install)

Install compiles YAML to .pb. At runtime the CLI only loads installed .pb files.

ycallr install /path/to/profile.yaml
ycallr install ~/.config/ycallr/apis/github.yaml

Install requires a path to a YAML file, not a bare profile name.

If .pb is missing, commands fail with a hint to run ycallr install.
