Issuance Process

Certificates are issued upon request.

Students and collaborators may request certification when they believe they have accumulated contributions, participation, or project outcomes that they consider meaningful and representative of their work.

After a request is submitted, the founder reviews the available evidence and supporting documentation associated with the contributor's assigned GitHub issues, tasks, and project activities.

To qualify for certification, contributions must have been carried out in consultation with the project team and properly documented through the project's collaboration process. Independent work that is not recorded or linked to project activities may not be eligible for certification.

Certification is awarded based on documented evidence, not on time spent, role titles, or participation alone.
